Why should I start a Profiles and Preferences account?

There are many great reasons to start a Profiles and Preferences account. First, you give us important feedback on our current lineup of content and offers, and let us know what you are looking to receive in the future. Second, it will allow us to send you the most relevant and personalized content we have to offer. Finally, setting up an account makes taking advantage of offers through our service even easier—soon you will be able to request information or sample items to be sent to your home address, or receive more information on selected offers via email with the click of a button. In short—it will help you get what you want, when and how you want it.

I filled out my profile and chose my preferences—why am I receiving the same content and offers as before?

We are working on giving you full control over your Alltel Perks experience. However, we are currently using the information you enter to discover the demand for certain types of content and offers, and to improve the Alltel Perks experience for our users.

By filling out my phone number, email and home address does this allow your partners to contact me directly?

No—any interaction you have with our partners will be solely at your request. You can read more about the high level of protection we give your information in our Privacy Policy.

How can I change the ZIP code that I receive offers for?

You will receive customized offers for the ZIP code you are registered under on the "My Info" portion of the Profiles and Preferences website. By changing this field, your account will be updated to reflect your new area of interest.

Can I choose my favorite sports and sports teams to follow?

While we are currently unable to send you team specific results, other than for your registered sports market, we hope to allow you complete control of what sports results you receive soon.

Why am I asked to change my password?

Setting your own password increases the security of the site, and allows you to set it as something you can more easily remember on your next visit.

How do I cancel my account?

The Profiles and Preferences page is intended to help you personalize your Alltel Perks experience.
